Accommodation
The Royal Park Hotel in Shatin has agreed to offer a discounted price to the participants of the conference at a rate of HK$ 990 per night. Service charge, breakfast and shuttle bus service to and from EdUHK is included in the package.
Since it can be time-consuming to get to EdUHK via public transportation and there are no closer hotels, we will assume that conference participants are planning to stay at the Royal Park.
The Royal Park Hotel website has comprehensive information about location and transportation to the hotel itself, for when you arrive in Hong Kong.
Registration
The registration fee for the conference is HK$480, exclusive of conference dinner. Coffee breaks and lunch are included on the three days of the conference.
We accept cash or a crossed check made payable to “The Education University of Hong Kong.” If you need a receipt for purposes of reimbursement, we will be ready to provide one.
